Packages are filled with 3lb of bees prior to shipment. Purchaser understands that the bees may loose some weight in their shipment. All shipments are made via UPS next day air, uninsured. Our Package bees are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Look for an email notice that your packages have been shipped. Purchaser agrees to provide a legitimate email address and phone number to contact the customer. Purchaser is aware that all shipping costs may include a handling fee built into the price of shipping.
We are not responsible for package bees that are left in the cold or hot sun by shipping company. You are advised to examine the contents of your shipment immediately upon delivery. Replacement is at the discretion of Noble Apiaries LLC.
Customer is aware that the weather can cause delays in the fulfillment date. If we are unable to fulfill your package bees order by as requested on your deposit invoice, we will notify you. You will then have the option to receive your order at a latter fulfillment date or cancel your order with a full refund. All orders are filled in the order they are received (FIFO) by fulfillment date.
Cancellation Exception: All orders placed on a date less than one week from selected ship date are not eligible for cancelation, since the package is placed into immediate production for shipment.
