Please keeep in mind that the availability of package bees in the prime demand weeks of April are very limited and most producers sell out early each year. . If you missed this season or are looking forward to 2013 please make sure you contact your prefered supplier be that us or someone else around the beginning of the New year. In 2012 our first week of April was sold out by the end of January. I'm sure the 2013 season will be the same or earlier. If you have questions please call.

When you order your package bees with UPS next day shipping your package bees arrive less than 36 hours after they are obtained from our hives. With overnight service to the destination of choice (home, farm, or office) you will:

Select your preferred queen type.
If you would like to add an extra queen for each package then select: "1 Extra Queen." Note: This is one extra queen per package.
Select if you want the queen or the extra queen clipped or marked.
Select a preferred ship week. CHOOSE "UPS NEXT DAY AIR" for shipping.
We ship package bees by this method exclusively to help insure that your order arrives in the best condition possible. We are firm believers in the need for overnight shipping with package bees. If you choose any other shipping method other than UPS Next Day Air we will require you to pick up your package at our California facility or purchase a shipping upgrade to UPS Next Day Air.
If you prefer not to incur the expense of overnight shipping we recommend you purchase your package(s) from one of the other package bee providers who still uses the mail. We have found the Postal Service an unreliable shipping method for package bees. Please remember that UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. They need a physical address, either commercial or residential.

Package Description: Inside your package you will find:
A Queen Bee in a Queen Cage suspended from the top of your Package.
(The queen and the worker bees are originally from different hives and are separated until they get use to each other's scent.)
Worker bees: Aproximately 10,500 bees for 3lb Package.
