Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order for any item sold by Noble Apiaries LLC before 1:00 PM (PST) on the day following the on-line purchase. We are unable to cancel orders that have already entered the shipping process.
All cancellations that are eligable for cancelation must be made by email at:
cancel@queenbeesforsale.com.
All cancellations require your name, phone,email, the order number and specific products that you want to cancel. You can get this information from the invoice emailed to you after making your order.
Cancellation Exception: All orders placed on a date less than one week from selected ship date are not eligible for cancelation.
If you are no longer eligable or not eligable for cancelation and you still must cancel or change the ship date of your order then you can do so for $20.00. To cancel your order or change ship date you must call 707 685-3307 to make arrangements. Please have your order number available. Note: There absolutely no cancelations for any exception once queen is pulled from our queen bank and prepared for shipment.
